Booking for Santa’s grotto is only available online and, as dates sell out quickly, it is unlikely you will be able to purchase a ticket on the day. We strongly advise booking online in advance to avoid disappointment.

It’s the night before Christmas and the excitement is building in the magical North Pole!
The polar bears, penguins, robins and reindeer are counting down to Christmas together! From a woodland idyll to the icy igloo then into Mrs Santa’s cosy kitchen, you’ll be guided by your jolly elves as you make your way to Santa.
Once in the grotto, let Santa know how you’ll be spending Christmas eve and don’t forget to share your wishlist with the big man himself! As a special treat, Santa will then invite you to choose your very own gift from his toyshop.
This interactive Santa experience will last approximately 20-30 minutes. This is a group tour with up to 6 children per group and a maximum of 2 adults per child. Our entertaining elves capture the magic of Christmas with an engaging story where children are invited to sing along, wish and believe.

Breakfast with Santa
Calling all Parents, Grandparents and Grown ups – make magical memories with your little ones this Christmas at our Breakfast with Santa experience available at Tong, Tingley, Otley & Bingley.
Share laughter, joy, and a joyful Christmas sing along to welcome Santa as you spend special time together. This magical morning is all about making memories that last long after the last crumb is gone.
What’s on the menu?
For the Grown Ups: A hearty full breakfast featuring sausage, two slices of bacon, fried egg, baked beans, tomato, mushrooms, hash brown, and two slices of toast with butter. Served with a pot of Yorkshire Tea or a regular filter coffee. Vegetarian option available too!
For the little ones: A child sized breakfast with sausage, bacon, baked beans, fried egg, and toast, plus unlimited juice. They’ll also receive a Christmas cracker, a special toy and of course a visit from Santa himself!
